One of the main mottos of Titanic: Honor and Glory could be that historical accuracy in recreating the ship is paramount.
That means the team has focused years analyzing Titanic,
her sisters, and ocean liners in an effort to bring her back to life.
To facilitate synergy among all the researchers, volunteers,
and other team members, a custom primary reference source where all discoveries, decisions, and mysteries were required.

To facilitate synergy among all the researchers, volunteers, and other team members, a custom primary source where all the discoveries,
decisions, and mysteries to be deciphered still needed to be logged and noted. Along with a desire to re-create somewhat poorly scanned Harland and Wolff's iron plans, these goals were how the THG Deck Plan came to fruition.

While the team's in-house plans are more specialized with scattered notes and tiny details, a revised and cleaner version has been produced for public release.

These tidier plans will also be the ones utilized in-game.
Initially just a mid-pandemic project started by THG researcher Matthew DeWinkeleer, after a year and a half of effort and research (or according to CAD's statistics 188 days of work), the deck plans are ready to be enjoyed, studied, and reviewed by the
Titanic community!
